Why Herb Urban Belongs in New Jersey
Everyone who knows Herb knows his penchant for Dollar Stores. In New Jersey we have strip malls with both Dollar Stores and 99-Cent Stores in the same mall.

Screw the dollar stores, I'll come visit for the Liquor Saver. I know a thing or two about getting loaded in the Garden State.
